Salary: £13.48 per hour plus incentives
Hours: Full Time Permanent Contract, 8am to 4pm, 4-5 shifts per week including alternative weekends

Role Responsibilities for Housekeeper:
- Be responsible for completing the janitorial orders for the home.
- Conduct cleaning audits.
- Carry out a regular stock take on janitorial stock.
- Ensure all team member one to ones for housekeeping assistants and ancillary team are completed every two months.
- Instil a culture of putting residents' needs first and providing excellent care.
- Ensure bedrooms, corridors and public areas are kept clean and tidy to the required standard.
- Adhere to Infection Control Practices as per policy for both the residents, you and your colleagues.
- Be a team player.

Role Requirements for Housekeeper:
- Hold a relevant Level 2 qualification or must contractually sign up to complete this qualification.
- One year of relevant experience in a commercial setting.
- One year of experience managing people.
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care (preferred).
- One year's relevant experience in a residential or nursing home (preferred).
- One year's experience of managing people (preferred).
- Experience conducting effective person centred One to Ones (preferred).
