Hours: Full Time (7pm-7am, x3 shifts per week to include alternate weekends)

About the Care Home: Oxendon House is located in the village of Great Oxendon (3 miles to the south of Market Harborough). The home is set around an attractive country house, which has been selectively extended in keeping with its character. This provides the homeliness that Jasmine seeks for its homes, whilst still providing modern living accommodation. The home provides personal and dementia care for 43 residents.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest possible level of care in supporting and assisting residents with daily living activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
  • Promote residents' independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, and support their physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring 90% and above during Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
  • Remain 100% current with all mandatory training throughout the year.
