Role Responsibilities
- Provide the highest possible level of care and support residents in all aspects of daily living, including personal care and assistance with washing, dressing and eating.
- Promote residents’ independence with focus on choice, dignity and respect, while supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, achieving 90%+ during monthly audits.
- Maintain 100% current status on all mandatory training throughout the year.
