We are urgently seeking a temporary HR Advisor to join our People team on a full-time, temporary basis, working within two of our six care homes. You will play a pivotal role in aligning the culture with Jasmine Values, improving engagement and team retention, and providing advice, guidance, and coaching to line support managers. This role will be very hands-on, managing various HR activities such as absence management, induction, policy implementation, and resolving complex employee relations issues.
Responsibilities:
- Full accountability for the absence management process, including completing all return-to-work (RTW) documentation and conducting absence one-to-ones.
- Ensure all formal attendance hearings are conducted in accordance with policy and legislation.
- Coach and develop management to ensure compliance with all people-related processes.
- Serve as the point of contact for all new team members within the home.
- Manage the delivery of generalist people and culture activities.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Perform other ad hoc People-related tasks as required.
