- Oncall: We have an oncall policy that ensures our home managers are never oncall at weekends
- CQC Compliance Thank You Scheme: Home Managers receive up to £4,900 for a successful all Good CQC inspection and up to £9,800 for an overall Outstanding CQC inspection. Amount depends on occupancy on the day of inspection
- CQC Registration Bonus: £1,000 is paid on your successful registration with CQC
- Holiday: 33 Days including
