- CQC Registration Bonus – £1,000 is paid on your successful registration with CQC

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Doing everything you can to develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of your team
- Ensuring all your residents are provided with the highest standards of care and your home is fully compliant
- Ensuring your home is full at all times
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Home Manager of a residential/nursing home or 2 years as a supernumerary Deputy Manager
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or a registered nurse)
- Full Driving Licence
- Computer literacy (particularly email, Excel spreadsheets and Word documents)
- Must live within 30 minutes drive per Google Maps
Preferred Requirements:
- Two years' experience as a Manager of a residential/nursing home
- NVQ Level 7 in Health & Social Care
About the Home:
St Andrew's is located in the lovely village of Ewerby (5 miles to the East of Sleaford). The home is set around a lovely old vicarage, which has been selectively extended in keeping with its character. This provides the homeliness that Jasmine seeks for its homes, whilst still providing modern living accommodation. The home provides personal care, including nursing and dementia care, for 42 residents.
