The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.
You’ll join our team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide the highest possible level of care in supporting and assisting our residents in all aspects of daily living, including providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
You will be responsible for promoting our resident’s independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
You will complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits. Ensure you are 100% current with all your mandatory training throughout the year.
Qualifications
- Clear motivations and/or relevant experience.
- Residing 20 minutes or less near to the care home.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- A caring and nurturing attitude.
- A positive and enthusiastic mindset.
- Time management and organisational skills.

Orchard Court is located near the centre of Brigg. The home is set around a former coaching inn which has been selectively extended in keeping with its character. This provides the homeliness that Jasmine seeks for its homes, whilst still providing modern living accommodation. The home provides personal care including dementia care for 39 residents.
