About Avenue House Nursing And Care Home
Avenue House is located just outside Rushden. The home's architecture is modern regency style, which provides the homeliness that Jasmine seeks for its homes, whilst providing modern living accommodation. The home provides personal, nursing and dementia care for 48 residents.
Role Responsibilities for Housekeeping Assistant
- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in bedrooms and public areas within the Home.
- Handle wash, dry, iron and put away laundry, and return clothing to residents' bedrooms.
- Keep all mandatory training up to date and complete additional training as required, including Infection Control, Manual Handling and Health & Safety.
- Support the team in the smooth running of housekeeping shifts.
- Ensure the Housekeeper is kept fully informed of all major developments (i.e. team issues, complaints, inspections) always.
- Be aware of Jasmine Healthcare's philosophy and contribute ideas to improve the standard of care provided.
