About Avenue House Nursing and Care Home:
Avenue House is located just outside Rushden. The home’s architecture is modern regency style, providing a homely feel while offering modern living accommodation. The home provides personal, nursing and dementia care for 48 residents.
Role Responsibilities:
- You’ll join our team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide the highest possible level of care in supporting and assisting residents in all aspects of daily living, including personal care and support with activities such as washing, dressing, and eating.
- You’ll promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
- You’ll complete all daily charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% or more is achieved during all monthly daily charts audits.
- You’ll be 100% current with all mandatory training throughout the year.
