Salary: £14.13 per hour plus incentives

Hours: Full time 9am to 5pm, 5 shifts per week to include weekend working

About St Andrew's Nursing & Care Home:

St Andrew's is located in the lovely village of Ewerby (5 miles to the East of Sleaford). The home provides personal care, including nursing and dementia care, for 42 residents.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organise activities.
  • Good time management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and enthusiastic.
  • Be an Ambassador for the Company both inside and outside of the home.
  • Contribute to our residents' well‑being through thoughtful, personalised activities.
  • Join our community of Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinators at Jasmine to share successful ideas and activities.
  • Provide support for our residents facing confusion or behavioural challenges.
  • Ensure the activity calendar is uploaded to Facebook each week.
  • Encourage and involve team members, relatives and friends in the home's activities.

Role Requirements:

  • At least two years' relevant experience as an Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinator providing activities in a care home or similar environment.
  • Hold an NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care or Activities; or must agree to contractually sign up to work towards one.
  • Must be able to work 35 hours minimum per week including 2 weekend days every four weeks.
  • Live within 20 minutes of the Home.
