About Oxendon House Care Home:
Oxendon House is located in the quaint village of Great Oxendon, 3 miles to the south of Market Harborough. The home is set around an attractive country house, which has been selectively extended in keeping with its character. This provides the homeliness that Jasmine seeks for its homes, whilst still providing modern living accommodation. The home provides personal and dementia care for 43 residents.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Care Assistant, you’ll join our team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide the highest possible level of care in supporting and assisting our residents in all aspects of daily living, including providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating. You’ll be responsible for promoting our residents' independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing. You’ll complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits. Ensure you are 100% current with all your mandatory training throughout the year.
