About The Regional Manager Role:
This role is fundamental to achieving Jasmine's mission and objectives. It will lead up to six of Jasmine's Home Managers and ensure the high standards of care are given at all times by overseeing the operations, quality, and performance of their care homes. This role bridges the gap between the Leadership Support Team (LST) and individual care home managers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Management of care home Managers
- Development & engagement of the team
- Care & Compliance of care homes
- Ambassadorship (Occupancy & Recruitment)
- P&L responsibility
Role Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager of a CQC registered home
- Experience of being in a regional support role
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), with commitment to complete NVQ Level 5 or 7 OR a qualified registered nurse with active PIN
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable with frequent travel (including 80+ miles per day, as needed)
- Resides within 60 miles of the Jasmine Support Hub (NG34 7EQ)
- Confident using technology (email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer systems)
- Inspirational leadership that motivates and empowers others
- People management and coaching skills
- Ability to mentor and support teams to meet and exceed goals
- Collaborative team player who builds cohesive, high-performing teams
- Skilled in team engagement and driving a positive workplace culture
