Salary: £55,000-£65,000 plus car & 15% SMART objectives based bonus paid quarterly

A Little About The Regional Manager

This role is fundamental to achieving Jasmine's mission and objectives. It will lead up to six of Jasmine's Home Managers and ensure the high standards of care are given at all times by overseeing the operations, quality, and performance of their care homes. This role bridges the gap between the Leadership Support Team (LST) and individual care home managers.

Day To Day Responsibilities For The Regional Manager

  • Management of care home Managers
  • Development & engagement of the team
  • Care & Compliance of care homes
  • Ambassadorship (Occupancy & Recruitment)
  • P&L responsibility

Essential Requirements For The Regional Manager

  • Minimum of two years recent experience as a Regional Manager of at least four elderly Nursing or Residential Care Homes
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), with commitment to complete NVQ Level 5 or 7 OR a qualified registered nurse with active PIN
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (including 80+ miles per day, as needed)
  • Lives within 1hr 15 minutes of the Jasmine Support Hub (NG34 7EQ)
  • Confident using technology (email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer systems)

Preferred Requirements For The Regional Manager

  • Minimum of three years' recent experience as a Regional Manager of at least six elderly Nursing or Residential Care Homes
  • Registered Nurse with current PIN
  • Completed NVQ Level 5 or 7
