The predicted salary is between 35048 - 35048 € per year.

Salary: £16.85 per hour (based on 40 hours per week), equating to an annual salary of £35,048. This role is eligible for overtime and additional hours where required. Additional compensation includes £0.35 per mile car allowance and a 10% SMART objectives bonus.

Hours: Full‑time.

Location: Regional – covering all six Jasmine Homes and the Central Hub (Sleaford).

Overview: This role supports six homes regionally, managing multiple refurbishment projects while helping to control costs and maintain high standards in safety, compliance, energy efficiency, and overall resident comfort.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:

  • Assist/Manage refurbishment projects from planning to completion.
  • Liaise with Home Managers and Maintenance Teams to identify improvement works.
  • Coordinate materials, contractors and internal labour.
  • Monitor and control refurbishment budgets using Excel trackers.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Support completion of audit action plans within required timeframes.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day maintenance where appropriate.
  • Reduce maintenance and refurbishment costs by maximising in‑house capability.
  • Support energy‑efficiency improvements across homes.
  • Line‑manage and support central maintenance team members as required.
  • Conduct one‑to‑ones and support performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Fire and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide holiday cover for Maintenance Personnel for a minimum of three person‑days per week, including out‑of‑hours calls.
  • Hub cover for the Maintenance and Refurbishment Coordinator during holidays, including monitoring maintenance emails and calls, and updating the Maintenance Dashboard.
  • On‑call weekend cover on an alternate‑week basis (telephone cover for external trade authorisations).

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong general maintenance knowledge.
  • Experience managing refurbishment projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to deliver refurbishment work to a high standard.
  • Sound Excel and general IT skills (budget tracking and record keeping).
  • Clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to manage budgets and monitor expenditure.
  • Willingness to work away from home when required.
  • Residence within a 60‑minute drive of the Jasmine Support Hub (by Google Maps).

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience within property, facilities or care environments.
  • Experience managing or supporting maintenance teams.
