Role Responsibilities as a Maintenance Person:
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance of the home, services, grounds and gardens, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
- Complete regular maintenance checks, routine tasks and minor refurbishment projects (e.g. bedrooms, living spaces) independently, and assist the Maintenance team as required.
