Hours: Full Time Permanent Contract, 8.30am to 4.30pm, 5 shifts per week, including on-call (and occasional weekend working as required)

St Andrew's is located in the village of Ewerby, 5 miles east of Sleaford. The home is situated in a historic vicarage that has been carefully extended to preserve its character while providing modern accommodation. It offers personal, nursing and dementia care for 42 residents.

Role Responsibilities as a Maintenance Person:

  • Carry out day-to-day maintenance of the home, services, grounds and gardens, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
  • Complete regular maintenance checks, routine tasks and minor refurbishment projects (e.g. bedrooms, living spaces) independently, and assist the Maintenance team as required.
