Care Assistant — Days at Jasmine Healthcare Limited. Full‑time, 7 am‑7 pm, 3–4 days a week (including alternate weekends). Salary: £12.80 ph plus incentives. Location: Edwinstowe, NG21 9PA.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality care supporting residents' daily living, including personal care (washing, dressing, eating).
  • Promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity & respect, and physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate Daily Charts, achieving ≥90 % quality during audits.
  • Ensure all mandatory training is current throughout the year.

Essential Requirements

  • Positive outlook and strong work ethic.
  • Experience working in an elderly nursing/care home.
  • Live within 20 minutes of the home.

Preferred Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a residential or nursing home.
  • Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification or above.
