Weâre looking for a highly organised, detail-obsessed individual to help run client projects to the highest standards for which weâre known. As an Account Executive you would support our senior Account Management team in delivering client projects, working closely with our creative, technical and media teams.
Your core responsibilities would include:
- Handling day to day client needs
- Providing support on larger client projects
- Maintaining strong relationships with our supplier network
- Ensuring production orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Monitoring schedules and âtraffic-managingâ projects to ensure deadlines are met
We are looking for a master of organisation with a passion for the creative industry. You may come from a strong administrative background, but looking for a role where no two days are the same. Being a âpeople personâ is an essential part of this role as speaking to clients / colleagues and joining video meetings are an important part of the day to day.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one yearâs experience (ideally gained in an agency environment)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task
- Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful personality
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work under pressure
- Client focused and supportive of team members
- Efficient in using software such as Excel / Google Sheets, and an aptitude to learn new workflow systems
