We’re hiring for a Senior Sales Manager – Account Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, loves the pace and energy of the London on-trade scene, and brings a strong commercial mindset. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering Jascots’ growth strategy, leading the account management function and driving performance across an established and prestigious customer base.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the account management team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Drive revenue and margin growth across the existing customer base.
- Maintain ownership of departmental targets alongside an individual account ledger.
- Build strong internal relationships to support business-wide growth plans.
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, and supply chain teams.
- Monitor and manage customer retention, with a focus on minimising attrition.
- Oversee commercial terms, pricing, and account performance.
- Support the management of aged debt in partnership with credit control.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
