The Company

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving Jascots’ growth across London’s luxury and prestige venues, championing both the Bolney Wine Estate and the wider Jascots portfolio within some of the city’s most dynamic hotels & restaurants.
The Role
The Prestige Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new on‑trade customers, nurturing long‑term relationships with key buyers and influencers, and delivering strong commercial results. The role requires excellent wine knowledge, commercial acumen, and a proactive, personable approach to developing partnerships that truly make a difference. Jascots is renowned for its collaborative culture, deep expertise, and commitment to quality, and this position offers the opportunity to represent those values on the front line. From hosting tastings and attending industry events to spotting emerging trends and negotiating commercial terms, this is a dynamic, hands‑on role that rewards initiative, insight, and genuine enthusiasm for great wine and hospitality.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have proven success in high‑end on‑trade sales, a strong network within London luxury hospitality, and ideally WSET Level 3 or equivalent experience. They will be a confident communicator, a natural relationship builder, and a self‑starter eager to make an impact in a fast‑moving, competitive environment.
