Business Development Manager – South East (Premium Wine Sales)
Area: South East England
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead new business development across a key region, with a particular focus on growing distribution and visibility for Bolney Wine Estate’s award winning English wines , alongside the broader Jascots portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and acquiring new premium on-trade customers across the South East.
- Developing strong, lasting relationships with restaurant, hotel, and venue buyers
- Driving distribution and volume of Bolney wines, supported by activations and collaborations with the hospitality team
- Representing Jascots and Bolney with credibility and passion across events, tastings, and customer visits
- Managing commercial negotiations and achieving volume and margin targets
The Person:
- Has a proven track record in premium on trade sales and new business development
- Brings an established network of relevant industry contacts
- Has excellent wine knowledge (WSET Level 2+ or equivalent experience)
- Is commercially astute, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, growing environment
- Is open to frequent regional travel and occasional visits abroad
- A flexible, hybrid working environment
- 25 days holiday + birthday off
