An opportunity has opened for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join an engineering company based in Wokingham. The ideal candidate will have a background within supply chain or procurement and will have experience managing suppliers and supporting contract deliveries. The company are looking for someone who has worked in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, aerospace or similar. They offer 23 days holiday plus bank holiday which increases on service as well as a variety of other benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the end to end supply chain within a highly regulated industry
  • Driving continuous improvement within the department
  • Managing supplier performance
  • Supporting with negotiation of long-term supplier contracts
  • Maintaining ERP systems to a high standard
  • Ensuring compliance to regulations and quality standards (including GMP)
  • Liaising with the Operations Manager, production and projects teams to ensure contracts are running to agreed timelines
