Production / Warehouse Lead\\n\\nLocation: Slough\\n\\nSalary: £35,000 to £40,000\\n\\nRole Type: 9 month Fixed Term Contract (Permanent potential)\\n\\nAn opportunity has opened for a Production / Warehouse Lead to join a manufacturing company based in Slough. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment ideally for a FMCG company. You will be taking a supervisory / leader position and assisting with the management of a growing team of operatives.\\n\\nThe role is initially a 9 month fixed term contract but there is a view to potentially go permanent.\\n\\nProduction / Warehouse Lead Key Skills:\\n\\n * Experience working in a pick and pack warehouse / fulfilment environment\\n\\n * Experience having lead teams or a background in a supervisory role\\n\\n * Knowledge of production environments\\n\\n * Must have order fulfilment experience\\n\\n * Background in FMCG or Food Manufacturing would be ideal\\n\\n * Any Quality or QMS experience would be a bonus\\n\\n * H&S certification is desirable\\n\\nProduction / Warehouse Lead Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Lead and assist a team of operatives and helping with admin tasks\\n\\n * Ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time\\n\\n * Keeping the warehouse running smoothly and safely\\n\\n * Monitor quality checks to ensure items are dispatched to the highest quality\\n\\n * Keeping Health and Safety to the highest standard\\n\\n * Liaising with management to work on any process improvements\\n\\nIf you could be interested in finding out more about the role as a Production / Warehouse Lead, please apply with your latest CV
