Production / Warehouse Lead Location: Slough Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 Role Type: 9 month Fixed Term Contract (Permanent potential) An opportunity has opened for a Production / Warehouse Lead to join a manufacturing company based in Slough. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment ideally for a FMCG company. You will be taking a supervisory / leader position and assisting with the management of a growing team of operatives. The role is initially a 9 month fixed term contract but there is a view to potentially go permanent. Production / Warehouse Lead Key Skills: * Experience working in a pick and pack warehouse / fulfilment environment * Experience having lead teams or a background in a supervisory role * Knowledge of production environments * Must have order fulfilment experience * Background in FMCG or Food Manufacturing would be ideal * Any Quality or QMS experience would be a bonus * H&S certification is desirable Production / Warehouse Lead Responsibilities: * Lead and assist a team of operatives and helping with admin tasks * Ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time * Keeping the warehouse running smoothly and safely * Monitor quality checks to ensure items are dispatched to the highest quality * Keeping Health and Safety to the highest standard * Liaising with management to work on any process improvements If you could be interested in finding out more about the role as a Production / Warehouse Lead, please apply with your latest CV
