An opportunity has opened for a Production Manager to join an engineering company based in Poole. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Manufacturing, Factory or Production Manager in the past and will be comfortable supervising and leading a team of operators.

The company offers 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a generous pension contribution and early finish Fridays.

Key Skills

Experience in a Production or Manufacturing environment in a managerial position
Excellent team management skills
Ideally a Mechanical biased background machinery, CNC machines, laser operated machines etc
Knowledge of ISO 9001
Strong hands on knowledge repairs, troubleshooting would be a bonus
Lean manufacturing knowledge
Six Sigma would be a bonus but not essential
