An opportunity has opened for a Maintenance Technician to join a mechanical manufacturing company based in Castleford.

The ideal candidate will be happy working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and will have a background of mechanical fitting and maintenance including PPM and reactive.

Key Skills:
  • Experienced in mechanical fitting and maintenance
  • Background working with special purpose machinery ideally
  • Excellent PPM and reactive maintenance experience
  • Fault finding and repairs experience
  • Welding and fabrications would be ideal

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the team performing PPM and reactive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime
  • Fitting and welding any problematic parts
  • Fault finding and repairing on breakdowns
  • Attending any breakdowns and diagnosing problems
