Drainage Engineer Location: Chelsea, West London Salary: £40,000 to £48,000 Industry: Building Services, Commercial Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, Mobile around Chelsea/Mayfair An opportunity has opened for a Drainage Engineer to join a building services company with clients based in the West London area (primarily Chelsea and Mayfair). The ideal candidate will be an experienced Drainage Engineer within the building services industry and will have a background of PPM, reactive maintenance, servicing and repairs of facility drainage systems. The role comes with a brand new automatic van so you will need a full UK driving license. Drainage Engineer Key Skills: * Experienced drainage engineer within the building services industry * PPM and reactive maintenance experience * Servicing, repairs, fitting * Plumbing experience is preferred * Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing is preferred * Full UK Driving License * Fault finding and diagnostics knowledge * HPJW certification * Confined Spaces * CSCS is preferred Drainage Engineer Responsibilities: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance duties * Respond to emergency drainage and plumbing problems * Diagnose and repair faults on plumbing systems * Maintain and repair taps, valves and other plumbing equipment * Investigate and resolve any drainage blockages within the building drainage systems * High pressure jetting to remove blockages * Drainage investigation, inspections and CCTV surveys If you could be interested in finding out more about the role as a Drainage Engineer, please apply with your latest CV
