An opportunity has opened for a Building Services Engineer to join a construction company based in London. The ideal candidate will have a background within HVAC maintenance for large commercial buildings and will have a background within mechanical and electrical engineering.
The role will be site based at buildings primarily in West and Central London. A company van is provided so a full UK driving license is required.
Key Skills:- Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within building services / HVAC
- Excellent PPM experience for HVAC, fire alarm systems, lighting etc
- MEP background
- 18th Edition and F-Gas certified would be ideal
- Documentation writing and review experience including RAMS
- Mechanical and Electrical background
- Full UK Driving License
- Attending sites in London and managing maintenance of HVAC systems
- Performing PPM across building sites
- Diagnose and resolve system faults and make repairs
- Writing and reviewing RAMS documentation
- Ensuring H&S standards are kept to
- Minor plumbing fixes
