Salesforce Support Consultant

Our client is looking to recruit a Salesforce SFDC Support Consultant with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in executing SFDC Support/Enhancement projects. This role is based in the UK and can be remote.

Responsibilities

  • Execute SFDC Support and Enhancement projects for clients.
  • Support customers and handle complex support queries.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce SFDC environments.
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities.
  • Salesforce SFDC Certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce SFDC Lightning is useful.
  • Good experience in release management and ITIL processes.
  • Ability to work with customers and manage complex issues.
