HR and Payroll Administrator – Enfield Middlesex
Our client is an international organization seeking to recruit a HR and Payroll Administrator with at least 3 to 5 years of experience.
The ideal candidate must be competent and experienced in Human Resources and Payroll Administration.
You will work in a small team with the following responsibilities:
- Provide full support and administration for:
Headcount Analysis (Weekly & Monthly)
Contractor Cost Analysis
HR/Payroll Systems administration
Liaison with overseas payroll administrators
Handling New Engagements, Leavers, and Transfers (UK & Overseas)
Management of employee benefits such as Axa PPP, Health-Shield, Childcare Vouchers, Pension Scheme, Costco Implementation, Legal & General Cycle to Work Scheme, Travel Club
Employee Costs Projects & Reporting
Sickness Monitoring
Conducting Appraisal Exercises
Recruitment Process Administration, including employment referencing
Managing training requirements, both mandatory and on request
Qualifications:
- CIPD qualification preferred
- A degree-level qualification would be advantageous
Skills:
- Excellent IT skills, especially in Windows applications and Excel
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
Additional requirements:
- Willingness to train in all aspects, particularly Employment Law, and work additional hours if necessary
The salary range for this position is £30,000 – £32,000.
