Quality & Hygiene Coordinator for a bespoke Food Manufacturer based in West Yorkshire. If you are passionate about food safety, quality and audit excellence, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of quality issues, hygiene standards, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, responsibilities for the role will include:
- Supporting the QA team with day to day decisions
- Supporting and developing the Hygiene Team
- Driving BRC, HACCP & Food Safety compliance
- Leading GMP & Hygiene audits with confidence
- Investigating site non-conformances and incident reports
Essential / Desirable skills include:
- Proven experience in a Quality role within a Food Manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, COSHH, food safety regulations and cleaning methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skill and attention to detail
- Leadership skills
