We have received an urgent brief for an Interim Site Technical Manager. The assignment will be for 3 months, with an immediate start date. The assignment will be based in Hampshire, 5/4 days per week. Reporting to the Head of Technical, the client is looking for someone to be a key figure in assisting and driving the reputation for first-class Technical credibility with customers. Meeting customer expectations by maintaining exemplary standards of food safety and quality and helping to develop a highly effective technical team.

Essential / Desirable skills include:

  • Experience in a Technical role at a Food Manufacturing site
  • Team Management experience – need to be able to lead and inspire
  • BRC audit experience
  • Ideally have experience working with the major Retailers
  • HACCP and Food Safety Level 3
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
