Food Manufacturing Hygiene Manager (Nights) based in Lincolnshire. Managing and controlling all aspects of Night Shift hygiene operations within the Factory. Responsible for leading and managing the team to achieve the site hygiene standards and driving through continuous improvement. Reporting to the Site Director, responsibilities for the role will include:
- Ensuring that scheduled cleaning tasks are completed to the appropriate site and customer standards
- Managing, developing and motivating the team to ensure standards are met and exceeded
- Close liaison with Technical to improve site GMP Hygiene standards
- Close liaison with the Engineering Manager to support the engineering department to improve site PPM
- Continuous Improvement to drive down non-conformances
- Ensuring all direct reports are communicated to effectively via team briefings
Essential / Desirable skills include:
- Relevant Chemical / Food Hygiene qualifications
- Food manufacturing experience
- Budget responsibility
- Exposure to a variety of quality standards such as BRC and HACCP
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
