Jarvie Plant Group is a leading name in the plant hire industry, providing high-quality equipment and outstanding service to customers across Scotland and the North of England. We are seeking a Sales Support Executive based at our Newbridge, Edinburgh location to support the Sales team and ensure timely submissions.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting sales and marketing activity through administrative coordination and performance tracking.
- Providing day-to-day support to the Sales Team.
- Delivering ad-hoc commercial analysis and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support, commercial administration, bid/tender coordination or account support, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong experience using CRM systems and reporting tools such as HubSpot and Power BI.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
- High attention to detail in managing data, pricing, SLAs and documentation.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach to systems, processes and reporting.
