Team Manager

What you will be doing as a FOH Manager:

• Communicating with senior management about operations of the venue.

• Leading and assisting staff in general duties.

• Preparing and serving a variety of hot, cold, and speciality beverages.

• Lead and work as part of a motivated, dynamic team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

• Engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service.

• Operate tills system and process orders.

• Responsible for maintaining high standards of product quality and store cleanliness.

• Be an ambassador for our brand.

We are looking for people with a passion for great coffee, innovative desserts, and top notch customer service. Experience with coffee and in a counter-culture settings is necessary for this role. Cafe / Coffee shop management experience is preferred but this role is also open to candidates with supervisor experience looking to take the next step, as full training will be provided. We are on the look out for great people and personalities who thrive working in a team and also solo when necessary., * Punctuality and strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.

• Previous experience in food and beverage preparation is essential.

• Previous experience running shifts and leading a team is essential.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

• A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting.

• Ability to lead shifts, build rotas, order and maintain stock levels and be responsible for opening and closing the venue.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
