With a proud heritage and a reputation for exceptional service, Jarrolds offers a unique retail and hospitality experience for our customers.

We have an opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our Food & Beverage team on a Fixed-Term basis from September 2026 until the end of May 2027. This role is 35 hours per week across 5 days and is ideal for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out manual washing of pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Receiving and putting away food deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Keeping all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and organised.
  • Loading and unloading the dishwasher efficiently.
  • Maintaining a safe, hygienic, and hazard-free working environment at all times.
  • Supporting the kitchen team with general porterage and other duties as required.
