We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our Food & Beverage team, primarily based in our newly refurbished restaurant, The Pantry, on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role is 35 hours per week, worked over five days (including weekends), and is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, a passion for food, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food for your designated section, ensuring all dishes are produced to a consistently high standard.
  • Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored correctly.
  • Maintain a high level of food hygiene knowledge and comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with the Sous Chef regarding daily food preparation and service requirements.
  • Assist other areas of the kitchen as required to support the wider team.

Skills & Experience

  • Preferably a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in the same or a similar role, with experience working within the cold section or larder.
  • A relevant catering or culinary qualification is desirable.
  • A good understanding of kitchen hygiene standards.
