We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Retail Manager to lead the Deli and Shop at Jarrolds Letheringsett. Set in the heart of the Norfolk countryside, Letheringsett is a unique destination that brings together quality food, retail, and hospitality. The Role
As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Deli and Shop, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and profitability. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team, maintaining high operational standards across both departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Deli and retail shop
- Drive sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
