About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Team Member to join our friendly team at Jarrolds Letheringsett. This is a mixed role working across both the front of house in our restaurant and within our retail shop, including the deli counter and till operations. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in hospitality or retail who is keen to broaden their skillset and enjoys working in a varied, customer-facing environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Restaurant (Front of House)
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional customer service
- Welcome and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Support the team in delivering a smooth and enjoyable dining experience
- Serve customers at the deli counter, offering guidance and product knowledge
- Operate the till confidently and accurately
- Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with general shop duties, ensuring the space is tidy, organised, and inviting
