Jarrolds Letheringsett is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our friendly and dedicated team.
As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the smooth daily running of our restaurant. You’ll lead by example, ensuring high standards of service, supporting and motivating the front-of-house team, and working closely with the kitchen to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment
- Support, train, and inspire front-of-house staff
- Maintain excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness, and customer care
- Handle bookings, service flow, and customer queries with professionalism
- Assist with stock control, cash handling, and opening/closing duties
With minimal evenings and consistent shifts this is the perfect role for any experience hospitality managers who want that great work life balance.
Hours: 35 per week
