We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptableTeam Memberto join our friendly team at Jarrolds Letheringsett. This is amixed roleworking across both thefront of housein our restaurant and within ourretail shop, including thedeli counterandtill operations.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience inhospitality or retailwho is keen to broaden their skillset and enjoys working in a varied, customer-facing environment.
You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant (Front of House)
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional customer service
- Welcome and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Support the team in delivering a smooth and enjoyable dining experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience inhospitalityor a customer-facing role
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering great customer service
- Flexibility to work across both the restaurant and shop as needed
