Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Band 5 Team Leader for an Adult Learning Disabilities Complex Residential team on Guernsey. You will lead and oversee care for service users and supervise Band 3 and Band 4 Support Workers, within a newly opened facility housing 14 service users in single flats.

Applicants should be Registered Nurses, AHPs or Social Workers with UK registration; driving licence required; and possess leadership skills to motivate the team in a challenging environment.
