Provide clinical leadership and be actively involved in service improvement activities. Work effectively with colleagues from other professional disciplines and deliver services consistent with the Trust policy for the Care Programme Approach. Liaise effectively with other general and specialist teams operating in Surrey to ensure effective handover of care when patients transfer between teams as part of the patient pathway. Support personal and professional growth through the Trust’s extensive training opportunities. Qualifications Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment. Included on the GMC Specialist Register or within six months. Approval under Section 12 of the Mental Health Act (or within 6 to 12 months of the time of interview/assessment) or equivalent.
