Applications are invited from experiencedSupport Workersto join the well-establishedAdult Learning Disabilities Servicein Guernsey. The service supports adults with learning disabilities and autism across;residential homes, day service,supported living homes, outreach and community settings.

Location: Guernsey, Channel Islands

Salary: Band 4£34,806 £41,340 | Band 3 £30,434£35,627, dependant on experience

  • Plus £1,747annual bonus+ enhanced unsocial hours 40% nights/Sat, 80% Sundays/BH
  • Staff Accommodation, OR
  • £5000 private relocation package and 4 years rental allowance available
  • Sponsorship is NOT available UK/Guernsey right to work required

This includes assisting with daily living, promoting skills development, supporting activities, and working closely with a dedicated multi-disciplinary team.

What Youll Need
To ensure suitability, please only apply if you meetall essential criteria:
Minimum two years experienceas a Support Worker in a Learning Disabilities or Autismsetting
NVQ Level 3(or equivalent, practical, workplace-assessed [not online] Level 3 qualification) in Adult Health & Social Care
Existing right to work in the UK/Guernsey sponsorship cannot be provided
Full UK driving licence
