We are seeking suitably experienced RGN or ODP Endoscopy Practitioners for two separate roles at the JAG-accredited Unit team at our client’s Acute Hospital site based in beautiful Bath, Somerset.
Unit Overview
The Unit undertakes a range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including flexible cystoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, gastroscopy, colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy. This is an award-winning hospital, led by some of the South West’s most experienced consultants and supported by 24/7 RMO cover on-site. The hospital is an outstanding centre of excellence, acquired by the NHS in June 2021. It offers 28 en-suite single inpatient beds, 22 day-case beds and 5 ambulatory care beds. Facilities include nine consulting rooms, four state-of-the-art operating theatres (two with laminar flow), a JAG-accredited endoscopy suite, a dedicated cardiology suite and intervention treatment room. The dedicated physiotherapy department has a gym and four treatment rooms. The digital diagnostic unit includes CT, MRI, general X-ray and ultrasound.
