Role Description
This is an associate Estate Agent role based in various patches with a hybrid working arrangement, combining office-based work with some flexibility to work from home.
Qualifications
- Experience in estate agency or residential real estate, with strong knowledge of the location is preferable.
- Customer service skills and the ability to build positive, long-term relationships with clients.
- Proven sales skills, including negotiation, closing deals, and meeting performance targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online property platforms (training provided).
- Valid UK driving licence and access to transport for property visits and viewings.
- Previous experience in a real estate or customer-facing role is highly beneficial but not essential. It is however essential that you have a desire to succeed and the personality that illustrates this to the company and clients.
