IT & Administration Specialist

We are currently recruiting a IT Specialist to support the senior management team and colleagues with technical advice and administrative support.
Responsibilities Include :
- CRM System maintenance and updating.
- Liaise with All My Systems to plan future improvements.
- Provide general IT support.
- Assist, where required and when workload permits, with the following :
- Create technical drawings.
- Nest lasered components
- Raise invoices
- Arrange deliveries and collections
Skills Required :
- Proficiency in the working of servers, networks, computers and peripherals
- Extensive knowledge of system security and procedures for protecting the organisation’s data from intrusion or corruption
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Advanced knowledge about hardware and software configuration
