Customer Service Advisors required to join an online retailer based in central Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. You will need to have excellent communication skills and strong IT / Excel skills along with a confident telephone manner.
Duties will include:
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, striving for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers.
You will need to be able to work under pressure and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a true permanent role. This is a temp to perm contract; after 12 weeks you will be given a permanent contract.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700.
