My client based in the Evesham area is looking to recruit a Night-shift Transport Administrator on a Temp to Perm basis. The role would involve working as part of the transport team and would cover 4 Nights, mostly Wed - Sun but sometimes Sun-Wed so some flexibility is required. The working hours are 1930-0730.
The main functions of this role include:
- Vehicle/driver tracking
- Data Entry of KPIs for the Drivers (already in place would need populating only)
- Dealing with phone and email enquiries
- Any other admin tasks within the transport operation as required
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following:
- Previous experience as an administrator in a fast-paced environment (ideally within transport)
- Good IT skills including MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Be happy to commit to the hours required
The pay rate is based on a salary of up to £28,500.
