My client, an engineering company based in the Redditch area, is looking to recruit a Powder Coat Line Leader on a Permanent basis. As a specialist Automated Painting Facility, they are ideally looking for someone who is coming from a similar background in any of the following, Powder Coating, Cathodic Electro Painting, Zinc Rich Coating, Dip Spin, and Phosphate and Oil Coatings. The main responsibilities of the role include – Support the Production Manger in the day-day supervision of the Production Team – Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times – Supervise the production process as it moves through different stages – Monitor stock and Raw Materials as required The main requirements for the role include – Previous experience in a similar role – Counterbalance FLT Licence – Ideally have previous working knowledge of Metal finishing process – Full UK Driving Licence – Ideally hold a First-Aid Certificate This positions is Mon-Thurs 0600-1500 with an 11am finish on Fridays There will be overtime available during the week Keywords Powder Coating, Cathodic Electro Painting, Zinc Rich Coating, Dip Spin, and Phosphate and Oil Coatings, Metal Finishing, Supervisor, Line Leader, COSHH, Health and Safety JBRP1_UKTJ
