My client based on Hartlebury Trading Estate is looking to recruit a full-time Stock and Procurement Administrator on an ongoing Temp basis. The following tasks are the main responsibilities associated with the role – Maintain and record stock levels of store inventory – Undertake stock checks as required and report accordingly – Manage audits in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager – Manage the stores area to ensure easy access to stock – Ensure all stock is allocated and recorded accurately – Arrange transport of goods to and from site – Process orders in an accurate and timely manner – Operate Forlikft or PPT as required As a suitable candidate you will offer the following – Previous experience in a similar role of stock control and procurement – Previous experience of procurement and buying systems – Experience within Engineering would be advantageous – Good IT skills including previous use of CMMS system – Excellent communication skills – Current Forklift Licence The role is Mon-Fri 0830-1700 and the pay-rate is up to £14.50 an hour Keywords Stock, stock control, Procurement, buyer. buying, CMMS, Pirana, Purchasing, Admin, Administration AMRT1_UKTJ …
